What shapes
a life?

Does our origin define us, or do the choices we make shape who we become?
Frank Moments is the story of a journey—from a rural farm to physics laboratories, executive boardrooms, and beyond.
Guided by curiosity, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to lifelong learning, Frank Dhlamini reflects on the people, experiences, and decisions that have shaped his life.
More than a memoir, it is an invitation to reflect on our own journeys and discover that becoming is shaped not by where we begin, but by the choices we make along the way.
